From a Home screen, navigate: Apps icon > Settings.
Tap one of the following:

a) Security
b) Fingerprints & security
c) Lock screen and security
Perform one of the following as appropriate:
a) Tap Unknown sources to enable or disable.
Note Enabled when a check mark is present.
b) Tap the Unknown sources switch to turn on On indicator or off Off indicator.
Review the disclaimer then tap OK.
You want this enabled

Note: There is no permissions warning because this app is entirely self contained and does not use anything else on your phone and does not require or use any other information and does not connect to the internet. This means that it has no way of giving any feedback so you will have to do that manually via the forum. It also means that you are not tracked or recorded in any way.
