You hadn't used the phone before. You were allowed, you assumed, but you didn't have a need. You had not spoken for a long time...

At school, you had heard a rumor...

"Did you hear? Ever since that big storm, there's this weird thing phones do, sometimes... it really works! I did it! When I picked up the phone, it was already ringing, placing a random call! Sometimes it's near, sometimes it's far... I heard it could even be another world... it's true! I swear!"

You eye the receiver.

Sonderphone is a very short text game made for an educational game design course.

NOTE: This version is still missing the audio- I pieced together the adding of it the night the game was due, so it will have to wait until tomorrow to get everything added. Currently small notes of the intended audio are included instead. Please come back and play the game on or after 10/4/22 for the full audio experience.
