About

Space Age is a game of cosmic adventure. Set in the retro-futuristic sci-fi world of 1976, it follows a small but determined band of intergalactic explorers who land on a seemingly uninhabited planet, Kepler-16. They soon discover there’s something both strange and familiar about this alien place… And what happens next is a clash of old and new, a battle of past mistakes and future fallout.
“Presented through gorgeous pixel graphics straight out of an adventure game from 20-30 years ago. There's not much else like it out there.”

i’ll never buy anymore a game featured on Mac App store home page.. it’s not that this game is bad.. but it really doesn’t deserve it. the game is so slow to play, UI and UX is quite frustrating.. the first hour of game says quite nothing.. well i don’t think i’ll ever buy any game anymore on app store

Unfortunately, the Game offered here has not been sufficiently tested on the Mac. In Full Screen Mode, multiselect does not go because the shift button is ignored. In addition, after the Cutscenes, the Screen section is moved, so that It is simply not possible to Play on. Offering Such a Version for 5 Euros is an absolute Imposition. What a pity!

Unfortunatly , two minutes in the game, it suggests to hold shift and drag to select two characters, but when doing that you just drag the field around without any selecting, i thought perhaps my shift button didn’t work properly, but Capitals work fine.. I’m pretty bummed that after playing for two minutes I cannot go any further, it looks like a great game..

Ago, the Control issues mentioned in older Reviews have all been eliminated, even the Multiple Selection works with the shift Button. I just finished the Game completely and without any problems. It tells of a young Cadet who is on a Mission on the Planet Kepler-16Como B) and quickly encounters strange Events there. With also playable Flashbacks to the Past On Earth, a nice Story soon emerges. To the End, you play 14 Levels in predetermined Order, which always extend over a large scrollable Area. Solving are often Sometimes less simple Puzzles, some of which can also be solved with other People or in Collaboration. Here and there it also comes down to Dexterity, for example by passing a Place in the right Timing without being discovered by Enemies (yes they also exist) but also exchange Of Gunfire is inevitable. At tapplicable Intervals, "Checkpoints" are secured, to which one can return in the event of an early Death-so you can try your hand at any Section as often as you like. What to note: The Dialogues are exclusively in English, the Text speed cannot be adjusted. So You should be reasonably powerful in language, you definitely don't have Time To Look up in the Dictionary. Otherwise a successful Game, and definitely worth the 5 Euros.
