As If the developers did not disguise the gameplay behind the jumps-the essence of the usual Psevdotetrisnaja arcade, no more. Space Ark: rating: 4.5/5 space Ark is a brick-breaker but with peculiarities of its own. The "bullet" here is an animal bouncing on a kind of trampoline. Suddenly, under his very cute tunes, very kawaï, the player must demonstrate a formidable dexterity because it is necessary to both steer the trampoline and the "ball". Moreover, you do not really have to break the bricks but rather to touch a maximum in each passage. And each level requires you not only to touch all the bricks, but only count them if you touch 3 or more. It also imposes a quota on you. If one of the two criteria is not met, the level is lost! Maneuverability is good at the controller, the difficulty of the levels is very gradual. Space Ark is clearly aimed at competitors and strategists in the soul. But it all indicated that he was targeting a childish audience! The music is cattative, the sounds adorable, there are Rainbows and stars everywhere, the animals ' dung are to fall with their big eyes... But if you are looking to reap all the gold medals (and I do not even talk to you about steam successes), it will have to damn motivate you! And tear you out of the clumsness of hair in a mess... Because in addition to its present difficulty, space Ark is bugged. Already the game launches only in window mode. The full screen box is there in the boot options, but it is dimmed. This does not prevent in any way to play but harms a little to the visibility. In addition to the "campaign" mode, there is a time attack and survival mode. Where it doesn't go, is that I was ejected from the game twice after finishing a series in time attack. So, no medals and the obligation to start the series again. I checked on the hub of the steam community and I'm not the only one. After so many years since the release of the game, this is not acceptable. Especially since the game really invites you to progress to unlock levels in the 3 modes, it's not like a Pinball game where one chooses one table or another for example. It's a shame because we notice through the selection menus that there is a good lifespan! In conclusion, space Ark really has everything to please and for all these qualities, I give it a good rating. Attention, it is intended for a veteran public of brick-busting. Unfortunately, his progression bug makes it a game not quite finished, that a simple patch could have solved! And so, I can't recommend it.
