A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away... 

It is a period of civil war. The Potatan Empire are doing its best to crush the rebellion. Beans are the last frontier to fight against their tyranny. 

The disgraceful actions of the potatans are unmatched. They have genetically engineered the indigeneous people of Tomata after massacring most of them in the Battle of Red Splash. They now unwillingly join them in their war efforts. 

Beanie's ship was shot down on an uncharted barren, lava-filled planet by a recon team from the Empire near the Agapa Star System. 

Being tasked with a mission of utmost importance. The diagrams of the Singularity Infuser must be delivered to HQ. 

The ship must be fixed. Beanie is the only hope left for Beankind.
