Space Shift (CorrosiveKnifer)

Traverse through a broken reality while avoiding the time guards. This game was solo developed for a 1st-year 2D programming assignment in 2020. SFML was used as a rendering framework, while it was programmed in visual studios using C++. I independently developed the editor in NetBeans using Java. All ART/SOUND WAS SOURCED FROM THE INTERNET, however, I animated the player/guard sprites.
Controls- A/D - Move the player
- Space - Jump
- E - Pick up boxes
- Q - Drop boxes
- L. Shift - Walk
- R - Restart Level
- ESC - Pause
- Download the level editor .zip from itch.io
- Create a new level .ini.
- Include at least one portal and one spawn.
- Save the new level inside the 'assets/levels/' folder.
- Edit the levels.ini to include the newly created level (add new L# entry and increment LCount).
- Play the game, where your level should be displayed inside the select list.
