Space Ship Blaster Arcade

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING FIRST:

A retro style  2D arcade shooter video game, move the green space ship to fire at the yellow asteroids, a web based video game, for the desktop computer.

NOTE: You cannot play this game on a handled device such as; Mobile phone or tablets in general, as this game relies on the keyboard controls for game play.

So please don't expect 3D state of the art graphics, with this game it  is just a classic  80s style arcade shooter game, NOTHING else. As i get people expecting more, than what this game actually is, please try to understand this.

Game Play:

Computer Keyboard:

"Left Arrow Key" To Move The Green Space Ship Left

"Right Arrow Key" To Move The Green Space Ship Right

"Caps Lock Key" To Fire At The Yellow Asteroids, above you

How To Play:

On start

Click with your computer mouse on the green button; "Press Here To Start The Game"

THEN

"Left Arrow Key" To Move The Green Space Ship Left OR 

"Right Arrow Key" To Move The Green Space Ship Right 

and FIRE (CAPS LOCK KEY)  at the yellow asteroids above you, for every hit you get, you get points, if the yellow asteroids get too close to the green space ship or the bottom of the screen then it is GAME OVER. To play again simply press the "Space Bar Key", on your computer keyboard.

History:

Originally developed & programmed this game back in 2012 which was in BETA state, but was only functional on Linux. As of early 2018 i decided to port it via JavaScript, cross platform and make it web based, and now is currently out of BETA state.

If you like this retro game you can give what you wish, to help me program, even more video game content as i am the only programmer around at MetalManGames, which has not been easy, when dealing with larger task projects in a  such small team, with no extra help at hand to help take the pressure off.
