Possible additions: New enemy type, More levels, New Pickup

Added a level that revolves around dying and respawning

Added a new pickup that acts as a "decoy" 1-up, taking it loses a life for you, which can go below zero(wouldn't display), which is part of the new level

Added an "elite" enemy that  takes more damage, as well as moves faster
