"Spoons is a short introduction to the spoon theory using the messaging game format for a narrative-driven management game. You'll play in the shoes of a spoonie telling their day to a loved one, while respecting your own limits.

It is meant for mediation about the spoon theory, and the side-effects of chronic illness.
