Develop a painting tool that creates 3D primitives based on the user's mouse position, which then get destroyed by default after 3 seconds. Establish a user interface system that allows for the user to adjust the randomization of the scale and color of the primitives, the distance, the shape of the primitives, as well as custom deletion option.
