Square Defender (NK_17)

Story

You and your allies want to finally leave your 2d universe and enter the 3d dimension. With your core gathering energy you are on the way to achieve this goal.

But many other contemporaries see this act as heresy. They want to stop you.

Gameplay

Defend an energy collecting core from enemies. But don't die yourself. Earn points to buy upgrades and weapons. Get as far as you can and break your personal highscore.

How to Play

You need a keyboard and a mouse to play. Controls are explained in-game.

System Requirements

This game has been developed only for Windows.

Why we did this game

We made this game for a college course.

Trying to mix tower defense and wave shooter, we wanted to create a fun, challenging little game that people can use to beat their own highscore.

Planned Features

If we decide to continue development, the following things may be added:

• A Kamikaze enemy
• More enemies in general
• A super laser weapon
• More weapon in general
• Map changing over time or/and other maps
• Turret minigun
