I am a Fan of Spacew empire simulation, i like that you have some possibility to manage your own style of systems on the ships but this game is far to complex, i permanently loose against the pirates. its not really fun!

A lot of Numbers. The Initial Impression is positive. However, for a New Entrant the Start is very difficult. Without a Tutorial, I wouldn't even know how to start. Still, to stay Fair, there is a positive Rating.

If you like Master of Orion, you will also enjoy this Space Stategy Game! A good Mix of Master of Orion, Supreme Commander and SINS ... All scalar to infinity, it's even possible to build whole star destroyers ...

great! Never before have I had such Freedom in terms of the Design of my Spaceships and the Infinity of the Universe. 20000 Star Systems? No Problem as long as the Computer Participates. Mini-hunters or Big Combat Ships with the Scale of Suns? Just a Matter of Resources and Time. In The Shipbuilding Menu alone, you can spend Hours without Boredom. Asteroid mining, Planetary expansion, Research, Trade, Planetary Degradation, ring world Procurement, Empire or Nomadic Strain of any Gameplay is possible and with the Planetary Drive the "War of The Worlds" gets completely new Dimensions. Diplomacy is unfortunately a bit short here, but who wants Peace with such an Arsenal;) The whole thing runs in Real time, where you can set the Speed or Break freely. This Game has everything you could possibly want from a 4X Game in the Single player and the Multiplayer a little more. Here, too, I Look forward to the 2Nd part, which is already under Construction.

Hmm how to describe StarRuler. What all the big AAA Strategy games can do, StarRuler can't, but everything else can. Con: Graphic is outdated, there are 2 different Ship modes (optical). Pro: Everything else: Size and Subsystem can be freely installed and determined. From the Mini-fighter to the Star Ship, which is bigger than a Sun (and much bigger), anything is possible. The Same applies when creating a new Game, 200 Sun Systems or even 20,000 or as much until the Computer gives up the spirit. The nice thing is that the Planets can be self-managed, but don't have to, so automation takes the Micromanagment off you (if you want to). But beware, AI is very hard to beat. Not least because it's hard to "learn" the Game at all. Conclusion: Highly recommended for Hardcore Strategists and People who like to Tinker with their Ships and see it as a Challenge when The Reactor becomes unstable from the death star (and goes high ^ ^). For Casual Players only recommended condided by the high degree of floating and the learning curve. But These Miss something that all the AAA Titles can't give you.
