The greatest enemy that we tend to face

are the ones we create ourselves.

In the darkness of our own mind

there will always be a light to struggle for.

Stay Quiet is an autobiographical experience about my difficulties with the aspect of doubt in my life. A short 5 minute experience of what myself, and possibly others feel and see in the everyday motion of life.
