Stellar Hop (itch)

Modifications made:

1. Added shader graph based lava floor
2. Add spark effect emanating from lava
3. Added behaviour for lava surface, that damages after prolonged, continuous contact (only)
4. Created custom second level, with more focus on platforming and jumping
