Stop the State Virus

Stop the "state influenza" from taking over! Once citizens become infected, the zombie state is not far behind. Your goal is to stop the spread of the virus:

1. Shoot masks onto uninfected citizens to protect them
2. Shoot cure syringes into the infected citizens before they "turn"
3. Shoot bullets to kill zombies before they infect more citizens
