So it's fun to revisit places after you've gained new abilities. The sound is horrific: The sound of a spell impacting on an enemy is just a drum snare. The screams when falling into a pit sound like a 4kHz 2bit recording of a wooden microphone from Romania. BUT the music is great. The main menu lacks any detail and looks very dull.. just like a generic RPG Maker game title screen. The devs could definitely do better than that. Bosses are uninteresting and not challenging at all. Instead, common enemies like faries are hard to beat. And you will encounter them a lot. The level design is mazelike rather than an open world map like in Zelda games. Overall, you see that this game has a lot of flaws. It plays like an Early Access if you ask me. I can see what the devs were trying to do here. Yet giving a positive review would be unfair since the game does not deserve it in its current state.
