Stuck in a loop (Geo3D)

The game is in development and has bugs, please let me know if you find any.

Two major known bugs: 

• Player falls through floor - has been countered with a player reset position.
• Cars/carriages do not load when opening  the front/back door - fixes after a loop.

Synopsis:

I was only five minutes away from arriving at my station.

My train was neither packed nor empty but after a short sleep I awoke to a deserted train.

What I knew was...

The train was crossing the last bridge before the station.
A mysterious black sphere was crossing paths with the bridge and train. 
When the sphere passed through I was back in my cabin again and the train had returned to the beginning of the bridge

I'm stuck in a loop and the sphere keeps engulfing the train.

I need to find a way to break the loop...

Controls:

ESC / Tab = Pause menu
W / A / S / D = Move
Left shift = Run
E / F / Left mouse button = Interact
