Sunset's Ashes reviews

This Visual novel is in the lower part of the ranking of games of the genre... Those who just like these "games" for the stories, do not hesitate, take the free version it will take you only a few minutes to finish it. Those who like these "games" for the drawings or the duration, drop! Less than 10 images, relatively banal and more. Those who hunt successes, know that you will be obliged to buy the DLC for a 100%. Wait for the big promo, or get a coupon to reduce. Because it adds only one more image (ugly) and can be 3 minutes of reading more... For €1 it's cheros!

First of all, I want to clarify that I am not a fan of Visual novels/video novels. I prefer by far either a video or a book. I find their supports much more practical and enjoyable in order to follow a linear story. I had installed this game a few months ago, probably to validate the key of the DLC from a bundle. I wanted to do some cleaning on my hard drive today, and, as I read that it didn't take long to finish this Visual novel, I decided to get started before uninstalling the program. That being said, sunset's ashes is, for me, very difficult to note. If the option was available, I would have put an "average" Note, but by obligation I had to opt for a "thumbs up". This choice is justified by the very correct price of the DLC. The story is tender and touching, but the images of the background are only 8! It's very little to my liking. Taking, my time I put a little over 1h30 to finish the 3 variants proposed. Attention still the text is only in English.

It'S A good game, in 40 minutes you spend it whole. The story is a bit nostalgic but compelling. The narrative is very well achieved and allows easy empathize with the characters and appropriate the history. Being a visual and short novel game, it allows a quick experience that can be lived as a rollercoaster of sensations and feelings. The end is very well accomplished and sincerely one does not expect that turn argumenral. Do Not spoileare Anything, but I will only say that leaves a teaching and I hope that those who enjoy the title can take note. The language barrier can be a problem for those who do not dominate English, but with a basic or medium English can be easily understood. Graphically the drawings are very beautiful and well achieved, as well as the musicalization, which consists of a single piece, but perfectly agreed and adapted to the experience. As for the negative, and as the other writers mention, the downside is that to get the latest achievement is required to buy the DLC, which is relatively very "cheap", but I do not think warrants a separate purchase, when something that could have been calmly in The base game. In conclusion, I recommend it. It will Not be a revolutionary game but it is a journey of once that will help us to grow, and if you have an hour free and do not know what to do, here you have the answer.
