Super Hippie Marathon Man: New York Edition

The project is an "endless runner" 2D scheduled on PC and tells the story of a runner, Bob Poztakich at the first marathon in New York in the 70s.

As you can see, Bob must take a max drug to win this marathon but beware of overdose, it will manage its use under threat of penalty
