Very good baseball game. We have sensations quite close to a MLB the show, less pushed obviously, but it remains of the "real" base ball. There is no special shot that would make the game a bit WTF and that's fine. The cartoon graphics make well I find, the sound effects, especially that of the referee to the marble are pretty funny. There are some funny animations but that turn quickly in circles. Overall it lacks a hair of madness it's a pity they hold something cool.
The gameplay in attack is quite classic but very effective, we aim with the joystick and we press the button in the right rhythm by pressing the button adapted to the type of typing that we want to do. For the running base we press either "LB" or "RB" to advance all players or the one you want by selecting it with the joystick. You can also send a player directly to a base by pressing the corresponding front button ("Y" for the 2nd, "X" for the 3rd and "A" for the marble). There is also the possibility to steal the basics.
For the defense, one chooses its type of throw in a list with the right joystick (there are 9 in all they are common to all players, on the other hand each pitcher will be more or less effective according to his stats). Then press "A" to start a "safe" throw while aiming at the desired area with the left joystick. Launching with "X" will have a throw that will be harder to put in the zone but that will be more effective if successful (t?). On the other hand no possibility of pick off or intentionally launching outside to counter a basic flight or even goal on intentional ball, damage. For the feilders it is very classic we move them with the left stick and you can send the ball to the cut off or to the desired base by pressing the same buttons as for the baserunning.
It lacks a bit of content, there is no multi online, local Yes on the other hand, and the solo content comes down to simple matches or seasons. There are not a lot of teams either, you can be happy by personating the appearance of the players.
I find the player progression system quite nice, we hire staff who will have 3 bonuses to disribuer to the players you wish, provided that the player has an adequate location.
The difficulty system is well done which allows a learning curve adapted to all types of players, this also allows a priori good replayability.
I recommend this game to anyone who wants to discover a game of baseball quite simple to take in hand but not simplistic. On the other hand if you do not know at all baseball it's going to be complicated for you, they assume that you know the rules;)
