Super Night Riders reviews

Tribute to hang-on and outrun, super night riders will delight anyone looking for a "revival" of Arcade-typed racing game. Beware, it is a game mode "old fashioned", where the goal is not to finish 1st of a race but to fight against the watch, avoiding the competitors on the road. The +:-clear and elegant graphics. We cross the 6 circuits with great pleasure at different times of the day and night. Special mention at the beautiful "hanami" circuit. -Successful music. 6 pieces between rock and electro that bring us back straight in 1990. -Ultra-fast and fluid animation (no time to admire the pretty hipsters of Alice, the "heroine" of the game). -Hyper precise arcade controls. It is a joy to slightly skid to take the best turning path, while avoiding the competitors at 315km/H...-difficulty of the tests very gradual, until the "race 1-6", which lasts 15 minutes and which is very punitive, requiring experience and maximum concentration. This event is definitely a sensory experience! After moult chess, I am very proud to be for the moment 6th at the leaderboard ^^-great replayability, I have rarely been so hard to make scoring on a game (on Geometry Wars, maybe...). The-:-we would have wanted more circuits! -Unable to navigate the leaderboards. Conclusion: excellent little indie racing game! Elegant and taking take it without hesitation. Note: contrary to what another evaluator wrote, it seems to me that bonus time will add up if we arrive in advance at the check point, then giving a little more time for the next area. Tip: in the 1-6 event, set the horizon line to anticipate the right trajectory and placement of competitors as soon as possible.

I play on Linux. Linux version: very good. The game a retro racing game. It's not particularly nice, but it's clean without being ugly. It goes to the basics: the gameplay. The music runs on 6 pieces, you can change when you want, I find that half are excellent, the other half is correct. There are 36 internships, with 6 different sets, and each race offers 6 courses, all those of the same décor, or 6 different. And the last race that proposes to chain the 36. Gameplay level is good. We take charge of the game right away, and we finish with pleasure the first races, to finally meet a little difficulty thereafter (on the last two races of each type, one has basically the right to an error). To close the opponents by looking for a good trajectory is pleasant, we do not get tired, and I found that overall the Hitbox are well calculated, so no worries on this side. The only complaint I have is about the noise of the engine, a bit painful in the long run, fortunately pretty well hidden by the music. Replayability, achievements to get all the achievements it took me a little more than 3h, knowing that the race with the 36 courses lasts a little more than 15mins (each internship is about 30s), and that I have restarted a good package of times before succeeding Fully. At no time did I get the impression that it was too hard, so good point for the achievements, quite achievable. After, replayability level, it's always fun to do a little race:). And for those who like it, the game gives a score, and allows to compare itself to its friends and the overall ranking. In short it has a little taste of "go, one more little race!" Recommended. GNU/Linux the Linux version is excellent, no worries encountered. The game runs at 60fps stable in 4K on my config. I played it with the Logitech F710, which works very well on this game. OS: Linux Mint 19 x64, MATE Edition. Hardware: I7 7700K OC @ 5Ghz, NVIDIA 1080GTX, 32GB RAM. Screens: Dualscreen, 1x 4K & 1x 1920x1200, single screen X.
