You are Whip. You are a racecar driver in an airplane racing world. 

You are sick of it.

You, with all four of your brain cells, decide to piece together a fighter jet using nothing but a racecar, a machine gun, and a fighter jet.

And soon, you will be competing in the deadliest airplane racing competition in the world...

Oh, and did I mention that this is a bullet hell arcade shooter? With that description, I'm sure I didn't need to tell you that, but yeah.
