Acquire shop space, storage or extra facilitiesExpanding public space allows player to offer more and better merchandises. A fully improved store can harbor up to 49,000 products in its shelves.
Do not neglect secondary duties.Extra activities like cleaning make customers happier. Careful with shoplifters, catching them red handed will prevent finances leaking at the end of the working day.

It's fun for sure but if you currently work in retail it might not be for you. It does sort of feel like an actual job in a way, but you can beat shoplifters, civilians, and your friends with brooms so it makes it better in m opinion.
