Suspicion

Your blind neighbor was suspected being a serial killer, but not proven guilty, being the curious hero that you are, you decided to sneak into his house and try finding some evidence to prove him guilty.

 Get in, get the evidence, and most importantly, do not get too close to the neighbor, or else he'll hear you, your neighbor is blind, but neither deaf, or hesitant of killing any intruder.
