HL1 has stood the test of time. If you can get two to four friends together for a playthrough, you're in for a good time.

It was a great pleasure to finally be able to play the first three Opus with my friends! I advise you very strongly:) the game is in basic English and so I plan to do a little guide to explain how to translate it into French! (HL1, OPFORCE, BLSHIFT). By cons small advice; avoid moving in the intro train or you may fall.

This is such a great game! I love the idea and the game playing all those Half Life 1 Maps as well other custom Maps with friends. And i don't understand how people complain about the Graphics. I mean for a mod made in 1999 it's nice and when it makes fun playing with friends you don't even complain about the graphics. Great game and makes really fun and for free it's perfect.

EVALUATION SVEN CO-OP ZarkFamily do I actually say why download a mod of a superb game of a mythical saga of the game? All right, let's start: it's a half-life 1, in multiplayer! It will also allow you to play opposing force (if you have it) and other paid DLC. But! That if you and your friend has it too. That is the only reason to convince you. I hope I have been helpful, goodbye for other evaluations!

Sven Co-op is a very good Game ... The Graphics are very good, (for a 1999 Game) the gameplay Is divine and very funny, almost all Half-Life weapons, a Lot of cool skins, (as with Half-Life) you can play it for a very long time, it's for free and does not need little Memory, you can play it on a Toaster , it's like Half-Life just in the Co-op. I would recommend the Game to anyone who likes Half-Life and Puzzles, some Puzzles can break your Head. :D MfG, Luis

Sven-Coop in summary is the cooperative multiplayer mod of half-life 1, up to 32 players. There is for all tastes:-it's stand alone, no need to own half-life. -A multitudes of maps-some very mediocre-but also dozens and dozens genials, with the basic campaigns: half-life, including the demo uplink, blue-shift, opposing force, and the celebrated mod they hunger. -A very varied arsenal, from the simple pistol, through the disintegrating Ray to the gluons, to the "alien Lance-bee arm". -Many and very different opponents, with each with their weaknesses. -Very many servers, some rather oriented to fun, others with RPG-like experience systems, but also more serious with hardcore mode a single life. -It's free! Even if there is a donation option to support developers and unlock some bonuses. * Main negative * optimization which is very average since it is a very old game engine (1998), multithreading is not managed and it can rowing on maps poorly compiled with 20-32 players.
