A barebones prototype showcasing visuals made for DIG 2783 - Game Art.
This may become a future project, or may be left as-is as a simple showcase for the game's art depending on future workloads and inspiration.
Concept:
In the land of Svetstrun, all puppets are expected to entertain Buhkron, the God of Control, in the grand land of theatre, but one day a puppet is freed by Buhkron’s rival god, Bodajev, the God of Freedom in order to create a new land of individuals and bring color to the monotonous land of Svetstrun.
Bodajev brings the newly freed puppet, a Fool named Kaspar, to an illusory realm to train him for his task and, upon the completion of his training, gifts him a Scissor-Blade imbued with his essence that has the power to cut the other puppets’ strings, freeing them as well and allowing them to become their own persons.
Kaspar then traverses the Grand Theatre Courtyard to free all puppets there, and upon doing so continues onto the Grand Theatre Throne Room to confront Buhkron once and for all to end his reign of tyranny.
