SynthRoute 82

Arcade synthwave racing game designed to be your lunchtime companion. Have a moment and need to de-stress? Hop in, smash some cars and enjoy the ride!

Rules are easy - score as many points as you can before you die. Don't worry tho, you can take few hits before that happens.

Early access version

We are still working on the game and there are many elements we are yet to implement:

• Score system and leaderboards
• Enemy vehicles AI
• More powerups
• Art & Sound improvements
• Readability of gameplay mechanisms

We decided that for our own sanity we want to release what we've got and give you a chance to enjoy the ride with us. Share your thoughts about the game in the comments - we'd love to know what you think!

Gameplay instructions

• Left and Right Arrow keys for steering
• Up Arrow or Space to boost and to activate frontal shield
  • Frontal shield regenerates after few seconds
• Down Arrow or CTRL to slow down
• Alt+F4 to exit the game (it's early access, right?)

Music

We wanted to make the ride as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Good chunk of time went into making the original soundtrack which will be released soon on Bandcamp.
