Tape Escape

Help Leroy get to his lunch at the top of a sky scraper! Use your trusty, industrial strength measuring tape to activate construction equipment, climb to new heights, and save the day!

Controls:

A & D - Move left and right

Space - Jump

S & W or Mouse wheel - Extend and retract your measuring tape

X or Right Mouse Click - Grapple on!

Tape Escape was created in 48 hours for GM48.net jam number 25 in January 2018. The theme of the jam was "One Tool, Many Uses". The game got 1st overall, with 1st in Gameplay, 2nd in Sound, 3rd in Innovation, and 4th in Art.
