Textdown: A 2020 Adventure

The bells are ringing, the drinks are flowing and everyone is set to celebrate the end 2019, a year full of disappointment, impeachment, abdication and Brexit.

As you raise your glass to the roof of your dilapidated studio flat in the “Queen of the Suburbs” Ealing, belting out your tone-deaf version of “Auld Lang Syne” with your ever faithful cat “Kat King” for company.

Through the quivering mewls of your end-of-year duet you suddenly spy an emergency newscast on the telly box, something about Wuhan, a virus. As the newscast continues you have a sudden feeling of dread that the next year is going to be something unusual.

What will you do? Who will you become? In this text based narrative driven game, you are the one who is trapped… again…
