After the events of The A983's World Movie Game, When the characters woke up and eating their breakfast, Lefty Sonic has a Evil Plan. She put "The Lefty Virus" Into the Mega Sprinkler, and the sprinkler Sprinkled the Lefty Virus which causes a Lefty Virus Rain, causing some people to be Infected. The infected people keep saying ''ALL HAIL LEFTY SONIC'' and the infected does what Lefty Sonic says. But Clonemare, Clone Amy, Human Yoshi, Nurse Golden, Clon Sunky And Nightmare Amy are the only ones not infected, so will they save the world? Or are they gonna be infected too?

Clonemare & Co. have landed on a mysterious planet called The FlowerLands. It's full of enemies, bosses & infected. So, the gameplay is pretty much similar to it's Prequel.
