Space/W/Up Arrow/Gamepad A to jump

E/Gamepad B to pick up

Enter/Gamepad Y to start

Blue coins change your alignment to The Above.  Red coins change your alignment to The Below. When you die, your current alignment determines whether to go to The Above or The Below.
