When I played Flash games I had the opportunity to play super adventure pals, a small platform game available for free online and I was more than a fan. So when I saw that massive monster was making a Kickstarter to develop the adventure pals, I scrutined their advancement relentlessly.
And when the game finally came out on steam and I was able to buy it I did not let go.
From absurd humor to resell just with the synopsis we know pretty much in which direction the game wants to bring us. A fun and no-head platformer with the goal of going to save his father through many levels. The WTF is pushed beyond the storyline thanks to the many sources of inspirations of the game like "adventure time" (my favorite cartoon), "Castle Crashers", "BattleBlock theaters",... We find ourselves fighting hot dogs that fart, giant Bacon eggs, and many other monsters without very much logic.
With an equally colorful and musically friendly universe, massive monster has been able to make the adventure pals a really nice game.
I will not be able to pronounce on COOP mode since I have not tested it yet.
