The agony is Visual story that I found very interesting despite the strongly negative ratings I could read on the steam store page.
Before I started in history, I had some apprehensions because of the origin of this game... offered in 2 languages only: Russian and an English translation, I had two big fears: Google incomprehensible translation and sented history resembling the title "Spakoyno: back to the USSR 2.0", this was not the case at all and I was pleasantly surprise by this story with choices influencing its progression with several possible endings, this atmosphere that emerges and its endeating characters.
I think the majority of negative opinions come from the fact that one can die-and not just a little-in a Visual history and that there are in places a gameplay akin to quick time events.
I'm not at all a fan of quick time events, this has been a torment for me in Farheneit Indigo Prophecy.... Here they are much simpler and not bugged Phew, plus their number remains reasonable, I think even though this was poorly seen by some, it was a clumsy way-or not-to add some gameplay to satisfy and involve the "player" so that it does not remain passive by only looking at the story scroll on the screen.
We like it or not, it did not bother me, just a little surprise the first time I died because of a bad choice, I even found that it brought a little PEP's.
I will not spoiler you all the scenario, but in summary you play Oleg a young student of 21-or 22 years I do not know anymore lol-whose day starts badly, he is late to an appointment with his girlfriend Olga for some reasons and during a ballad in am followed by a little furtive getaway... they will end up at a bad time in the wrong place, from there will flow a strange scenario, supernatural and creepy in the sewers of the city, where one flirts with madness, the ireal and the nightmare...
For my part, the story and the realization of this game are rather a success because I stayed immersed in it throughout my progress, the pictures and music of the atmosphere perfectly stick to the theme, and the English was easy to understand (no Google that translated from Word to Word, and an Englishman understandable by all).
I liked this little scenario in which I let myself be transported or rather left slipping into hell...
