The Amazing Fantastics Prologue

After being taken prisoner by a crazed supervillain, you, a young hero, are freed, and as repayment for the favor, agree to clean up the streets of Utopia, one of the most dangerous cities in the country. Doing this means facing off against the enigmatic leader of The Syndicate, which controls everything from the city’s drug trade, to its police and politicians. You decide to assemble a team of super-powered allies to help tear the syndicate down piece by piece, starting with the mafia, and then working your way up through bigger, stronger, and more merciless foes including mutants, high-tech armies, and gods from other dimensions.

The Amazing Fantastics is a turn-based RPG. It features two classic combat styles, WAIT and ATB, that can be toggled outside of battle.

Wait - Better for novice players. Enemies do not attack while you're selecting moves.

Active time battle - For more seasoned RPG players. Enemies can attack while you're selecting moves. You can choose between five battle speeds ranging from slowest to fastest, each speed determining how long it takes for the enemy to be able to attack again.

SYNC Moves — Characters that work together in battle can build up their SYNC. Once the SYNC meter for two teammates reaches 100%, these heroes can unleash a powerful move that can deal major damage, fully heal its users, or maybe even provide buffs depending on how the two synced characters interact with one another.
