The Banner Saga: Factions reviews

So I played a couple of matches and there are a few points I really dislike. 1. It`s not really newcomer friendly. At first you dont understand anything and if you dont buy the main game (singleplayer) you are screw, because you have no idea how anything works 2. It`s so damn luck based. In every match I played I at least had 7-10 missed attacks. I mean: What in god damn ♥♥♥♥?! I loose because of damn badluck, which occus every time?!?! Wuth?! 3. It`s pretty annoying, that if you made one wrong click you can be screw for the whole damn match 4. There are abilities of higher ranked warriors, that are not explained in the basic tutorial and make it very difficult to understand for a noob if he fights such a Char. Well I am not quite sure if these are actually abilities or again: badluck 5. It takes ages until a game starts 6. Some people think it`d be funny to just move their guy and wait until the time is over, so it takes like half a minute till I can play 7. I understand this is now just my opinion, but these kind of "strategy" games, where you have to wait 10 minutes until you can interact on a move of the enemy, because you cant choose which Char to play in each turn. I know, that you could now say "Oh well just try to avoid every possibility that could happen in the next 6 turns (double turns?)" but well yea, though its still damn unrealistic. I guess I`ll stay with what I call real strategy: For example the Total War series. Cheers P.S. I did not play the singleplayer and so I cant say anything about that, but I assume it`s better. I mean way better from what I`ve seen on YT and heard from other players!

I like the Title and I can recommend It. It is a Train-based Tabletop with 6 Units per Faction (Player). It is Played in 1 on 1. Here's how the Game goes: The Combat System is super easy + Movement, then Action. In addition to a Special Ability, the Action is usually the Attack. The Attack has the Choice of reducing the Enemy's Life Points or the Armor Value. In addition, the Fight is based on the Fact that the Fighting Power stetts corresponds to the points Of Life and that the Difference from Armor, the Opponent, and one's own Fighting Power is made of Damage. Chance only comes into Play when the Fighting Power is not enough to overcome the Armor. Further tactical Depth gets the Game through Will-force Points, which you can spend to move more Fields or increase the Damage caused by an Attack by a few Points. In Addition, the following possibilities have been made in Setting up your Team so far: You have the Choice of combining your Team from a maximum of 2 huge Horned people (2 different), max 5 human Warriors and up to 5 Archers. Each of these Characters can "Ascend" to 3 different special needs after a Number of "kills." Then the Status Values (within the Class Maxima) can also be redistributed (as often as you like) so that there are some Possibilities here. Of course, each Character has its own Ability (a passive one at the Beginning, an active one is added during the Ascent) More level levels are to follow. For each Fight there are "Awareness Points" (3-11) of which so far 50 are needed for a "Level UP." Of course, for a Free to Play title, the Points are usually also available for Payment. But I don't see a Pay to Win title in BS-Factions, because in the Matchmaking System you always fight against Teams of the same Level (means the same number of Characters with ascension). Still some announced is What is still to be implanted The Game against Friends is unfortunately currently on display. Maybe you write if You have come to taste. Maybe you can jump yourself out.
