The Beggar's Ride reviews

Well here I walk a little old...:-) But not just anyone:) He is able to control the world as God it is an indispensable purchase. A colorful and very well thought out platform game and Yes, it is a beggar who finds an antique mask and uses his powers to solve puzzles he can change the world and control the elements in order to interact with the décor to be able to continue his adventure. Follow the path of the beggar (you) to a distant land, a world hidden on the other side of the rain (rain you make yourself by grouping two clouds) and prepare to explore, jump and run for your survival (not bad for a little old eh:)) A short course, smooth and brilliant game with success and trading cards so yes, I recommend!

This game had only one evaluation in FR dating from late 2016 and it is negative. I only agree with the fact that the game is pretty. I personally recommend this game. It is often on sale at €0.50. The concept is already seen but well realized: the beggar can change the world and control the elements in order to interact with the décor in order to continue his adventure. Certainly the character is stiff in his travels (it looks like we move a pebble) but the movements remain easy and precise. I play keyboard and the only problem is that you can not bind the keys and that is in QWERTY. Another small defect, you can not adjust the volume of the music or the sound, one can only deactivate them. Anyway, I do not regret my purchase and I have a good time every time I play this game.

This game is simply awesome. I completed it on my iPhone months ago and totally loved it. When I saw that it's on steam I directly bought it. And it doesn't happen too often that I buy a game on several systems. But I definately wanted this gem to be in my steam library. It's basically a Jump 'n' Run with some logical physic puzzles you have to solve with different mask powers you get later in the game (rain clouds, rotating screen, interacting with objects & sun and moon power). It very motivating to get all collectables in every level (some of them are to find in hidden areas). The game has an awesome story which is narrated very well. The puzzles aren't too difficult. The whole game isn't very hard. I think it will take about 3 hours to complete it. There is one achievement to complete the game in under 1.5 hours but then you have to be very fast and you won't 100% it. The graphics are very nice in Full HD (1920 × 1080) and the sound effects are very calming. If you like platformers (like I do) this game is a really good choice. I totally recommend this masterpiece.
