The Calm D4 The Storm

In The Calm D4 The Storm, you play as a humble D4 as you defend your land from corruption!

Made for the GMTK GameJam.

Use your mouse to navigate the 5 turn-based battles, in which you can reroll your damage, healing, or even your class! 

As you battle through a variety of dice-themed enemies, try to defeat the powerful Snake-Eye at the end of the game to restore peace to the land!

This is a turn-based combat game where each turn of an encounter your D4 will be randomly rerolled into one of four classes:

1. Warrior
2. Rogue
3. Mage
4. Cleric

You can use your rerolls (shown top-right) to roll the dice and give yourself a better chance with another class! These rerolls can also be used to reroll bad damage or buff rolls, but you only have 2 per battle.

Given enough time during development, we would have made it so you'd be able to force an extra reroll in exchange for corrupting the world (negative effects may vary).

You can select multiple options per turn to deal damage to your enemies, or buff/heal or block incoming damage!

Keep your mana in check though, as you cannot go beyond the given number left.

Don't forget to end your turn when you are out of mana!
