About

The Colonists is a settlement building game inspired by classic titles like The Settlers and the Anno series. You take control of a team of robots tasked with settling a newly-discovered planet, preparing the ground for an influx of inhabitants from their homeworld. You'll advance from the Stone Age to the Space Age as you build the infrastructure for your colony by constructing complex road, boat, train and drone transport systems. Harvest natural resources, set up farming and food production, sculpt the terrain to optimise your networks, conquer other settlements or trade with new allies. Explore, research, manage, tweak and refine to your heart's content! The Colonists will feature a single player campaign, a free-play mode, competitive multiplayer and co-op.

The Colonists reviews and comments

I really like this Game. It earns me at Knight and Mearchents and Enemy nations 2. Good Old build RTS game. At The moment, there are only fixed levels that are completed. I hope the Later Sandox Comes with AI and also an Mp mode. For starters, it's quite a solid Game. For People who were looking for Anno and Settlers, this game will be too easy. For People where lust to have a loose Build game I can recommend it. For the Price of £25., you have to think about it. For me, it's the Nostalgia of old Games why I bought it. Otherwise wait on the Steam sale.

The Game has been very successful, despite a few Bugs still well playable And a well thought-out construction Simulation/City simulation with great wip Factor. It has many different Buildings to offer and is also a lot of Fun for a short Time. For the Single Player friends among you certainly a great Investment and in principle also for the one or the Other to be recommended safely with Long-term Pleasure. Unfortunately for the Multiplayer friends, this Game has a bitter Taste, because although many Games are initially offered as a Single-player game, a Multiplayer game will run out of Time. Unfortunately, this Game does not. Again, a great Game, which we would very much like to play with our Friends, is completely bucked and we get disappointed. Even this Game Smithy, like so many Others unfortunately, is not able to provide a good Game for the Multiplayer Circle. Unfortunately, there is no reasonable Urban Simulation in The Multiplayer sector. Since this Game does not have a multiplayer either, I cannot recommend this Game for the Multiplayer Community and thus gets a Thumbs down from me.

Good Afternoon, Gamercommunity! So I have to realize that for a Performance of a small development team, this is absolutely craftsmanship. "The Colonists" have given me a good 50 Hours of Pleasure and I can highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a leisurely or casual Strategy game. What has been somewhat deceived are the Light and Sound effects, Combat and the sometime Repetitive Processes that lead you to Victory. There is still somehow a Lack of Dynamism (Weather Capricles, Earthquakes, Volcanoes, things that make life difficult for You)-maybe that's yet to come-who knows. Verdict: "The Colonists" is not a super-complex Strategy game for the strategy endamer. This is all very casual without much Dynamism. Just this Dynamic element could be a bit more mature, then my Joy of Playing would be a bit more satisfied. So it's pretty jerky after about 50 Hours-too bad actually. What is absolutely convincing, however, is the intuitive And neatly programmed game Mechanics, the cute Graphics and the good overall Implementation. Despite the 50 Hours of Play in combat mode and the lack of Dynamism, there is a clear Buy recommendation from me, sometimes is just well done, well done, nice to look at and also a well busy! I wish The Devs some good Ideas and I wish You all a lot of Fun in The Glistening, Your Survivalstevie!
