The Construct (itch)

The Construct is a short ARPG project I put together for a university assignment using Construct 2 (hence the imaginative name). 

The gameplay is heavily inspired by Path of Exile's "channelling" skills. Every attack has a hold and release mechanic where the longer you hold the mouse button, the stronger the effect (more projectiles, larger area, more damage etc.)

If you can manage to beat the game on the hardest difficulty, send me a video and i'll send you some kind of prize, because I can't beat the damn thing! XD

All the pixel art and animations are my own work. Sounds and music are royalty-free 3rd party assets.
