Choose between capability and empathy in this dystopian RPG about ultimate jurisdiction. 

You have the right, as a Sheriff given Grand Jurisdiction, to meet and judge criminals worthy of jailing, execution, or pardoning.  Based on which one you choose, you might have to fight for your life, but for each decision you become more versatile--or more powerful.

Combat is turn-based, and the more you defend the more you can react to enemy actions by acting first.  However, this opens the opponent to reacting to your reaction.  Choose to hold or spend your reactions to best survive the cordoned neighborhood of potential criminals and innocents.
