The Faceless (itch)

The year is 2820, humanity has not yet gone beyond the steam engine and have developed all their technologies around them. The humans only have control of basic electricity, which have been considered hard to tame over the years of failure and misfortune that comes for the experiments with it and has therefore not been as developed as the steam engine.
