The Father: Reboot - A Ben Drowned Horror Game

INTRO:

'The Father: Reboot' is a remake of my very first game I released on Itch;
A short horror experience based on the popular
'The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask' creepypasta by Jadusable:
Ben Drowned.

INFO:

This fan-game takes the main idea and inspiration of
Ben Drowned, 
and gives it it's own story and twist.

The average playtime is around 7-10 minutes.

This remake was made in 1.5 weeks total. With the release of the first version being almost a year ago, I thought it wise to test my Godot knowledge once again. This time giving myself more work-time to develop and finalize the project to the best of my abilities on my own.

This game has controller support.

Controls: Keyboard / Controller

• Menu:
  WASD / D-Pad = Navigate
  E / A = Select

• In-Game
  WASD / Control-stick = Move
  Shift / RT = Sprint
  Space / A  = Jump
  E / X = Interact
  Tab / Y = Inventory

STORY:

There've been a bunch of rumors online about a 'cursed' ROM of the original Majora's Mask.
After getting your hands on the ROM file yourself through diving into some very strange rabbit-holes online, you boot up the game using your emulator.

Everything seems normal at first, until you start the game from the file-select screen.There are 2 endings achievable during the final 'chase act' of the game.

There are also secrets to find around different areas, but they DO NOT affect the story or its endings. So be sure to explore and know your surroundings!
