Finally a point & amp; Click adventure to my taste. Great speech in English, riddles that can be solved with some wit and reflection and gorgeous absurd characters in a wacky story.
The wait was really worth it, the graphics are wonderful and the controls on the iPad are a dream, a bit like Inner World. Absolute buy recommendation for lovers of the genre.

Since the first Sierra Adventures, followed by Manic Mansion and Co, I am a passionate Point & Click lover. If the first part of Journey down was already very, very good, then this second part lumbers on. Great to the last detail. A work that was developed with love. Reldeldesign, atmosphere, characters, music and sound, depth of play, story - everything sits and breathes.
So I want the creators to wish that they continue to enrich us with such good work. Many thanks to all involved, and on we go.

You can see from everything that this game was made with a lot of fun, attention and dedication; the atmospheric decors, the lively characters and the mysterious storyline ensure an exciting adventure.
The storyline is more extensive than the first part, and the number of locations has also increased considerably. Some puzzles are not difficult enough to frustrate you for a while, which makes it all the more satisfying after you've solved them.
Add to that the good dose of humor, and then you can only conclude that this is a rare good game. Part 3, come on!

.. In my humble opinion, of course.
The second chapter might even be the best of the three and it does a great job of creating an immersive world and great atmosphere. It definately reminds me of Grim Fandango and my only regret about this game is that its not longer and possibly a liiiiitle bit more difficult to force you to spend more time on it.
The one thing I found a little off, perhaps, is the female lead. Shes supposed to be independent, strong and smart, but in the game she comes across as a tool only there to help further the story line. In her very limited role, shes reduced to saying a few lines that dont really land all that well. Frankly, she just annoyed me.
They do try to remedy this somewhat in the next chapter, but it felt too late at that point. I think maybe (in case any developers are reading this) it could save her if I got to play her as the primary character, through the same puzzles, switching her and Bwanas roles around. That way you could do a second run through the puzzles and double the playtime of the game and spend more time in the universe. Just a thought.
Anyways. Love it!
