The land of Eyas is a platform game that will make you use your brain!
You embody a character disguise with a white cat costume (the one just above) the principle is simple, following the thread of the story you arrive in different levels where you have to find out how to finish it.
The first levels are pretty simpes, they put in the bath, the more you advance they will have traps and will ask for reflections. You have to find the path that the developer wants you to take.
You also need to find keys to be able to advance in the level. In addition to the keys you can try to catch objects that will advance the main story (I will not spoil and therefore do not say more) in conclusion: the background of the levels is varied and the music goes very well with!
It is a good little game with its atmosphere where you go a lot think, start the levels but also and especially have fun to finish them!
Of course there is no French translation but hey, without reading you can play the game!
And let's not forget that this is an indie game!

The land of Eyas is a demanding platform game, all in all very well done, with an excellent soundtrack and mechanics based mainly on gravity.
You play as an amnesiac boy named Eyas, dressed in a Tanuki cat costume. He wakes up in a ruined world, with the sole interlocutor of a large tree, who has also lost his memory. In order to return home, Eyas has to recover some kinds of stones scattered all over the place. Magical stones, in reality, that possess the power to awaken memories. Then only the big tree can guide him to his home...
The whole world, and therefore each of the 30 levels it houses, is split in two lengthwise. The lower half is occupied by a liquid with special properties: the gravity is reversed in fact. One can thus fall indefinitely, from top to bottom, then from bottom to top, passing from one to the other. Do you understand? On its way, Eyas will also find various crates and arrows: neutral for one, subject to a fixed gravity for others. Then locked doors, which of course will have to unlock.
Many obstacles in fact, mostly fatal, with checkpoints sums quite rare, hence a certain requirement in the gameplay: the land of Eyas possesses an undeniable die & retry side. Especially since you will have to get accustomed to the special maneuverability of the man. These levels, in a wide variety of areas, offer an interesting challenge, which will appeal to your savvy or your skill; or both. Timing will often be crucial! Note that the game lends itself very well to the speedrun.
One regret about progression, which sometimes lacks pedagogy. The game maintains a certain... obscurantism compared to a part of the mechanics that the player could make use of. Basically, with the crates. Also I can not advise you to inquire (guides, videos,...) before you throw yourself in the bath.
Verdict: 3.5/5-which is good, but not top.
