The Land of Pain reviews and comments

Translated by
Microsoft from Deutsch
My Opinion of the Game: I have now played through the Game after 3 Hours and have to admit that I am very happy to be able to hack it off at last. Where other Players took 6 hours for I only needed 3 And am happy that I didn't need any more because for 6 Hours I wouldn't have played the Game. I am aware that the Game was designed and programmed by only one developer, but despite all this, I do NOT have to and will NOT take a positive view of it. The Land of Pain is a really interesting and atmospheric Game at the beginning, but this is discarded relatively quickly. There are so many Places that really pretty much repeat what you've already done before, a Door IN front of you is locked so look For ITEM XY to open XY, and during that you have yet to find more XY things to finally open Door XY And this goes on almost the whole Game so long. As I always say, it's an extreme run and such Game. I had hoped great through the Game because most Of the reviews were also positive, but at the end I just have to say that The Land of Pain didn't hit my Taste that way. I Think everyone has to decide for themselves whether they are interested in such a Type of Game and like it or not, but I really got the Game too stupid after a While. From a certain Point on I also stopped reading the Notes that you could find correctly, simply because they were not really interesting to me and did not contribute positively to the Game. The Story was like from many Games of this Kind 0-8-15. Unfortunately, I didn't motivate anything to Bring the Game to a close with Fun, I tormented myself until the End only to have it finally finished, because I didn't want to cancel it. The Land of Pain is like I find absolutely no Horror Game, it shouldn't be mentioned in the Horror Genre garn first, because it's much more of a Mystery and such Game. You could also let it be considered an exploration Game, because there was the Possibility to explore something even away from the Path, but usually without any Sense because what you found were mostly slimmed down doors that you couldn't open in the first place. So these were also only used for Decoration unfortunately. The Chasing Sequences were neither creepy nor exciting, I found them really very annoying and way too loud. Unfortunately, they were no More than that! I'm really not heartless and worthy of what the sole Developer did, but I just can't recommend it myself as it was a lot too much of a disappointment for me. I am one of those Players who enjoyed horror Games and its Atmosphere and Plot, but unfortunately there was no such Possibility. Too Bad, but it's just my Personal Opinion. Please howl this out with respect to where else;) I don't discuss with others their Opinion:P Graphic 6/10 < For that only one Developer has done it perfectly fine. Sound: 4/10 < The Sound repeated itself very often as it did on the current Band and was even too loud! Gameplay: 8/10 < Up on a few Chacks that are not relevant quite fine. Performance: 7/10 < There were always reloaded ruckler and very long loading Textures! Horror: 2/10 < For me personally absolutely no Horror sry! Atmosphere: 2/10 < Everyone must decide for themselves! Plot: 2/10 < 0.8.15 Story, more uss I don't think I think! General: 2/10 < I can only say €12 is definitely too much! I don't recommend it any further at this Point!
