Hello, The "Retrographic" promises far more than the Game holds. The Best thing is piano music. The Rest is, quite boring romp food, Not challenging or somehow captivating. The horror is also Misrepresentation. Funny, of course, not at all times. Get Thimbleweedpark if you're as old as I am (2x20++) and want to have Fun at old Point n Clicks. Otherwise, you'll see the old Lucas Arts Adventures to run (shouldn't be a big Problem). Those are much more Fun. And even the Graphics are better for them than with The Last Door! A Friend's Visit results in Finding his Corpse with the cryptic Prompt to examine the shared Past. In four Episodes, the Main Player Tries to get to the Bottom of this Matter and gets deeper And deeper into occult Machinations. The special thing about this relatively short Adventure (about 1-2 hours per Episode) is the beautiful old Pixel Graphics, which, however, perfectly builds up the Atmosphere. Likewise, the good Sound and Effects help you get captivated by the exciting Story. The Puzzles are unfortunately relatively trivial but strictly logical, so that the Procedure rarely degenerates into long Greetings. More Interesting is finding all the Notes and uncovering Secrets.
