The Last Tree (itch) (Slick Games)

You are one of a few survivors of the apocalyptic climate change, brought on by worldwide pollution. Most people are dead and all wildlife destroyed. You have discovered what could be the last tree on Earth and must protect it from the hordes of infected, bent on it's destruction.
