It looks like a mobile edition of Warcraft III, but you only need to control one role. You can invite two NPC to help you finish your mission, but you need to make friend with them first. And you can't invite high level NPC until your level reach their requirement. 

Completing missions can help you earn money fast, and killing monsters and robbers can help you upgrade. The most important thing in this game is to invite powerful allies and it will be easier to win the game with them.
