The Network (SvenBTB)

This is a game that was made for the Major Jam: Isolation. The theme was Isolation, and the Limitation was 'No Living Things'

This is a game about navigating a maze as a bot in Cyberspace. You collect DataCubes, which each contain a message. After grabbing a DataCube, it can be spend to 'Unblock' a passageway in The Network by interacting with a Computer Terminal. Try to connect the Network back together, and thereby the people on the other side of the Computer Terminals, the and reach the end.

Controls: WSAD To Move

Mouse to Look Around

'F' or 'L' to activate your Scanning Laser

'E' To Interact with a Computer Terminal - ONLY when you have a DataCube!

'Escape' To Pause

'Q' To Quit out of a Message while it is being Displayed

I put a lot of time into making this. It's a little rough around the edges - I was definitely rushing by the end. I learned a lot from making this though, and I definitely enjoyed putting it all together and I enjoyed the journey. And hey, that's what Game Jams are for, right? I hope you enjoy this.
