The Night in Abyss starts with a simple dream of Steve Robertson, he was a famous Lawyer at a young age, and he used to protect the evil person in every case. Ten years ago his mother Elizabeth Robertson, was shot with a gun on her way back home. Before that tragedy happened, Elizabeth Robertson was a well-known and respected Supreme Court Justice back in her time. On the other side of the story Richard Williams, a delivery truck driver, was being double-crossed by a police officer named Edward Watson at a random checkpoint until Richard Williams and Elizabeth Robertson crossed their way in one case trial. Richard Williams has a shred of strong evidence against him, and he doesn’t have enough money for his attorney. And all of a sudden, Elizabeth Robertson accused Richard Williams in his case of being guilty. And he was being punished by being in jail for the rest of his life, a case of “Illegal Drug Trafficking”. A year later while being jailed, Richard Williams has been attacked by his heart attack, and died inside the jail. His daughter Natasha Williams has been shocked by that time. She was so young when her father died while in prison. A month later, Natasha Williams pursued to kill Elizabeth Robertson. While Elizabeth Robertson was on her way back home, she got shot by Natasha Williams to revenge on her father.

While racing herself alone, Natasha Williams pushed herself to the limit, until one day she became a respected policewoman. She got a good reputation in her company until she met Steve Robertson at a press conference of Edward Wilkins, a former Senator. Steve Robertson, the son of Elizabeth Robertson, the person who accused her father and died inside the jail. Natasha Williams did not tell Steve Robertson that he is the son of her worst enemy until one day Natasha Williams fell in love with Steve Robertson because of his spruce personality until they are engaged with each other. The day has passed, and both of them have lived in their busy career. One day Steve Robertson arrived at their home. He was so tired from his job that he fell into a deep sleep. He thought that everything seemed alright, then suddenly everything went wrong when he started to close his eyes, and he did not expect that was going to happen in his dream. A simple slumber turns into a nightmare.
